Our main priority is you being happy and satisfied with your item(s). If you’re not happy please let us know via email within 14 days and return the item with proof of purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund for you.

It is important that any unwanted item (unless faulty) is returned in a resalable condition. Please keep all original packaging, labels, and ensure it is undamaged and unused.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised and bespoke items, unless faulty or not as described.
