Delivery and Returns

My main priority is for you to be happy and satisfied with your item(s). If you’re not happy please let me know via email within 14 days and I will be happy to exchange or refund for you.

It is important that any unwanted item (unless faulty) is returned in a resalable condition. Please keep all original packaging, labels, and ensure it is undamaged and unused.

I am unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised and bespoke items, unless faulty or not as described.
